Toning is most important after cleansing to help restore the proper pH of your skin, reduce pore size, and tighten your skin.  Using witch hazel instead of the harsh alcohols found in most toners, Elements Balancing Toner is gentler and less drying.  It is appropriate for all skin types.  Aloe Vera, botanical extracts, MSM, and the lemon and orange essential oils help sooth the skin.
